Predictive Dialer VPS
KVM-virtualized servers pre-configured with ViciBox® — a full Vicidial® stack on openSUSE Leap, ready for outbound call center operations. Built for operators who already know their way around predictive dialing, agent stations, and SIP trunks.
For experienced operators
This isn't a beginner-friendly hosted call center service. There's no guided campaign builder, no managed SIP carrier, no white-glove onboarding. You get a clean ViciBox VPS, an admin login, and a knowledgebase. If you've stood up Vicidial before — or are comfortable doing so — you'll have your first campaign dialing within an afternoon. If you haven't, this isn't the host for you.
What's done at deploy
- Vicidial admin credentials. A fresh
alphanumeric password for the
6666admin user is generated per-clone and delivered in your welcome email. The template default is gone. - Server IP rewrite. Cloud-init runs
ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --autoat first boot, so the Vicidial database and Asterisk® configs are already bound to your assigned public IP by the time you log in. - HTTPS up front. A 4096-bit self-signed cert is generated per-clone with SAN covering your IP and hostname, and an HTTP→HTTPS redirect is wired into Apache. Replace with a real cert from certbot when you have your hostname pointed.
- qemu-guest-agent, weekly fstrim, and the rest of the LYLIX platform plumbing — same as our Linux VPS line.
What you bring
- Your own SIP carrier. We don't bundle a dialer carrier; Telnyx, Flowroute, VoIP.ms, and Bandwidth.com are common choices. See the knowledgebase for sizing math and vendor notes.
- Your own consent records and DNC scrubbing process. Vicidial maintains an internal DNC list automatically; federal and state DNC scrubs are your responsibility.
- Your campaign configuration, lists, agents, scripts, dialer mode selection.
- A real TLS certificate before you turn on WebRTC agent stations.
Where it runs
US (Northern Virginia) and EU (Frankfurt). Pick the region at checkout based on your dialing geography — single-millisecond latencies to nearby SIP carriers matter for predictive dialing, and segregating EU-resident lead handling from US infrastructure is the simpler answer to GDPR.
All Linux VPS features apply
Browser console, on-demand snapshots, OS reload (lets you switch between ViciBox® and our other PBX flavors mid-life if you change your mind on the deployment), rescue mode, reverse DNS, and live resource graphs — same platform, same self-service portal as the Linux line.
Pricing
Pricing on the order form. Sized appropriately for the workload — the smallest ViciBox plan still has the headroom to run a real campaign rather than a demo.
Fits well for
- Long-term outbound call centers running their own lists, agents, and campaigns. Sales, lead-gen, customer outreach, B2B prospecting.
- Predictive-dialer operators who want a stable hosting platform without the cost or lock-in of contact-center-as-a-service offerings.
- Multi-tenant resellers running ViciBox for downstream clients — single-VPS deployments per client cleanly separate workloads and billing.
- Sandbox and staging for operators who run Vicidial in-house and want a clean cloud install to test config changes against.
Doesn't fit
- Beginners. We don't troubleshoot Vicidial campaign configuration; the knowledgebase points at the official Vicidial documentation for that.
- Short-burst campaigns measured in hours. The cost-per-day doesn't favor it; a contact-center SaaS will be cheaper for that profile.
- Operations that need PCI/HIPAA attestation on the hosting layer. We don't attest; if your downstream customers need it, you'll need a different infrastructure story.
